About Peptide Protocol

A calm, private tracker for people running peptide protocols — plus the most useful free tools and references we could build around it.

Why this exists

Peptide tracking in 2026 looks like this: screenshots of Google Sheets, half-finished Notes entries, memory, guesswork. Reconstitution math gets redone every vial. Injection rotations get forgotten. Side-effect patterns never make it into a place anyone can learn from.

We built Peptide Protocol because we wanted a tracker that respected the actual shape of a protocol — not a generic medication reminder, not a calorie app with peptides bolted on. Every dose is logged with exact time, exact unit count, exact site. Reconstitution is pre-filled. Rotation happens automatically. Insights surface when something changes.

Who builds it

Peptide Protocol is built by a small independent team. The site content — glossary entries, guides, stack write-ups — is written by the same team that builds the app, with reference to peer-reviewed literature, FDA labeling, and ClinicalTrials.gov data. See our medical review process for the full review pipeline.

How this site is funded

The iPhone app funds the site. We do not sell peptides. We do not take affiliate money from peptide vendors, compounding pharmacies, or clinics. We do not run display ads. If you find a piece of content on this site, the only thing we want in return is that you consider trying the app.
