How to reconstitute Glutathione

  1. Wipe both vial stoppers with a fresh alcohol swab and let them dry.
  2. Draw 4 ml of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
  3. Insert the needle at an angle into the Glutathione vial and let the water run slowly down the inner wall — do not inject directly onto the powder.
  4. Do not shake. Gently swirl the vial until the peptide fully dissolves.
  5. Store the reconstituted vial refrigerated (2–8 °C / 36–46 °F) and use within roughly 28 days.
  6. Draw each dose to the unit mark shown above for your target 600000 mcg dose.

About Glutathione

Glutathione (GSH) is a tripeptide (glutamate-cysteine-glycine) that serves as the cell's primary endogenous antioxidant. Parenteral glutathione is used in anti-aging, skin, and detoxification research protocols.

Half-life: Approximately 10 minutes (IV); very short in plasma
Typical dose range: 600–2400 mg per IV infusion; lower doses nebulized or subcutaneous
Class: Tripeptide antioxidant

Glutathione calculator FAQ

Is this a Glutathione peptide calculator or a reconstitution calculator?

Both. This Glutathione calculator converts vial strength, bacteriostatic-water volume, and target dose into milliliters and insulin-syringe units. It does not recommend a medical dose.

How much bacteriostatic water for a 600 mg Glutathione vial?

This page is pre-filled with 4 ml of bacteriostatic water for a 600 mg Glutathione vial because that is a common research ratio. You can adjust the water amount in the full calculator.

How many units is a 600000 mcg Glutathione dose?

With the default 600 mg vial and 4 ml BAC-water ratio, the preview above calculates the U-100 syringe units for a 600000 mcg dose. Change the dose if your protocol uses a different amount.

Does this Glutathione dosage calculator give medical advice?

No. It only performs unit math. Dosing, titration, and whether Glutathione is appropriate are clinical decisions that should be made with a licensed healthcare professional.
