How to reconstitute NAD+

  1. Wipe both vial stoppers with a fresh alcohol swab and let them dry.
  2. Draw 10 ml of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
  3. Insert the needle at an angle into the NAD+ vial and let the water run slowly down the inner wall — do not inject directly onto the powder.
  4. Do not shake. Gently swirl the vial until the peptide fully dissolves.
  5. Store the reconstituted vial refrigerated (2–8 °C / 36–46 °F) and use within roughly 28 days.
  6. Draw each dose to the unit mark shown above for your target 100000 mcg dose.

About NAD+

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is an endogenous redox cofactor central to mitochondrial energy production, sirtuin activity, and DNA-repair signaling. Parenteral NAD+ is administered in anti-aging and addiction-recovery research protocols.

Half-life: Approximately 4–10 minutes (IV); longer for subcutaneous
Typical dose range: 100–500 mg per IV infusion; 50–200 mg per subcutaneous injection
Class: Cofactor / redox coenzyme

NAD+ calculator FAQ

Is this a NAD+ peptide calculator or a reconstitution calculator?

Both. This NAD+ calculator converts vial strength, bacteriostatic-water volume, and target dose into milliliters and insulin-syringe units. It does not recommend a medical dose.

How much bacteriostatic water for a 500 mg NAD+ vial?

This page is pre-filled with 10 ml of bacteriostatic water for a 500 mg NAD+ vial because that is a common research ratio. You can adjust the water amount in the full calculator.

How many units is a 100000 mcg NAD+ dose?

With the default 500 mg vial and 10 ml BAC-water ratio, the preview above calculates the U-100 syringe units for a 100000 mcg dose. Change the dose if your protocol uses a different amount.

Does this NAD+ dosage calculator give medical advice?

No. It only performs unit math. Dosing, titration, and whether NAD+ is appropriate are clinical decisions that should be made with a licensed healthcare professional.
