How to reconstitute GHRP-6

  1. Wipe both vial stoppers with a fresh alcohol swab and let them dry.
  2. Draw 2 ml of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
  3. Insert the needle at an angle into the GHRP-6 vial and let the water run slowly down the inner wall — do not inject directly onto the powder.
  4. Do not shake. Gently swirl the vial until the peptide fully dissolves.
  5. Store the reconstituted vial refrigerated (2–8 °C / 36–46 °F) and use within roughly 28 days.
  6. Draw each dose to the unit mark shown above for your target 100 mcg dose.

About GHRP-6

GHRP-6 is a hexapeptide ghrelin-receptor agonist that strongly stimulates growth-hormone release and appetite. It is an older analog than GHRP-2 but still used in research and cardioprotection studies.

Half-life: Approximately 15–60 minutes
Typical dose range: 100–300 mcg per injection, up to 3x daily
Class: Ghrelin-mimetic growth hormone secretagogue

GHRP-6 calculator FAQ

Is this a GHRP-6 peptide calculator or a reconstitution calculator?

Both. This GHRP-6 calculator converts vial strength, bacteriostatic-water volume, and target dose into milliliters and insulin-syringe units. It does not recommend a medical dose.

How much bacteriostatic water for a 5 mg GHRP-6 vial?

This page is pre-filled with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water for a 5 mg GHRP-6 vial because that is a common research ratio. You can adjust the water amount in the full calculator.

How many units is a 100 mcg GHRP-6 dose?

With the default 5 mg vial and 2 ml BAC-water ratio, the preview above calculates the U-100 syringe units for a 100 mcg dose. Change the dose if your protocol uses a different amount.

Does this GHRP-6 dosage calculator give medical advice?

No. It only performs unit math. Dosing, titration, and whether GHRP-6 is appropriate are clinical decisions that should be made with a licensed healthcare professional.
