How to reconstitute Hexarelin

  1. Wipe both vial stoppers with a fresh alcohol swab and let them dry.
  2. Draw 2 ml of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
  3. Insert the needle at an angle into the Hexarelin vial and let the water run slowly down the inner wall — do not inject directly onto the powder.
  4. Do not shake. Gently swirl the vial until the peptide fully dissolves.
  5. Store the reconstituted vial refrigerated (2–8 °C / 36–46 °F) and use within roughly 28 days.
  6. Draw each dose to the unit mark shown above for your target 100 mcg dose.

About Hexarelin

Hexarelin is a synthetic growth-hormone-releasing peptide that stimulates pituitary GH release. It is the most potent GH-releasing peptide per mcg but shows tachyphylaxis with continuous use.

Half-life: Approximately 70 minutes
Typical dose range: 100 mcg, 1–3x daily
Class: Growth-hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP-6 analog)

Hexarelin calculator FAQ

Is this a Hexarelin peptide calculator or a reconstitution calculator?

Both. This Hexarelin calculator converts vial strength, bacteriostatic-water volume, and target dose into milliliters and insulin-syringe units. It does not recommend a medical dose.

How much bacteriostatic water for a 2 mg Hexarelin vial?

This page is pre-filled with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water for a 2 mg Hexarelin vial because that is a common research ratio. You can adjust the water amount in the full calculator.

How many units is a 100 mcg Hexarelin dose?

With the default 2 mg vial and 2 ml BAC-water ratio, the preview above calculates the U-100 syringe units for a 100 mcg dose. Change the dose if your protocol uses a different amount.

Does this Hexarelin dosage calculator give medical advice?

No. It only performs unit math. Dosing, titration, and whether Hexarelin is appropriate are clinical decisions that should be made with a licensed healthcare professional.
